Directions by car from the A8 motorway (the link road between Aix and Nice) can be found below.DirectionsTake the A8 motorway which runs between Aix-en-Provence and Nice. Come off at the St Maximin-la-Ste-Baume turning (Junction 34). You’re about 20 mins from the house from here. Soon after passing through the péage take a right towards the town of St Maximin and following the sign to Barjols. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted to Aix, Trets, Rians. At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Aix, Barjols. Continue into the very centre of St Maximin. In the centre, the road sweeps left and there is a stone ‘needle' monument/fountain to the right. Do not follow the road left but continue straight, taking the Plain-tree-flanked road which lies behind the fountain. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted D560 to Seillons, Barjols and Brue-Auriac. Pass by the hill top village of Seillons on your left. Arriving in the village of Brue-Auriac carry on through the centre until you see a left fork (there is also a Bar on the left at this junction) signposted D35 to Varages. This road winds its way up to the village. On climbing the steep hill on the outskirts of Varages you arrive at a T-junction with the D561. Turn right towards Manosque and Draguignan. Soon after, at the Pharmacy on your left turn right into the centre of the village. The main Place/Square is on the left just after the traffic lights. Park where you can on the Place. We are on the left side of the Place as you enter it next to a Faïence/china shop. Our name is to the side of the big oak double door. Chambres d’Hotes sign above the door.
